What do we man by private office space?
We don’t know any other way of describing it other than office space which is private. The only difference between our office space and traditional office space is that ours is rented by the month, and in ours you share a conference room and break room with other part-time renters. Everything you can find in a traditional office can be found in our coworking spaces; in fact, everything you need to conduct business, other than your laptop, is already in these offices, ready for you to use.
How discounted in that discounted price?
Have you priced office space for rent in the Fort Worth Metro area? Two, three, four, five thousand dollars per month, and that is for empty space, space you still need to furnish and decorate and arrange for utilities and insurance and, and, and . . .
Our office space starts, as of March, 2024, at $550 per month and again, these are month-to-month rental contracts. No long-term commitments.
